I see myself as more of an artist than a designer. Anytime I approach a new piece or work with a new (or returning) client, the goal is to always get them looking the best they possibly can. From the initial consultation, I give myself the space to truly get inspired before I even sit down to sketch a stroke. It's truly my main goal to have you walk into wherever they're set to go and really shut the entire space down. As far as backgrounds go, I have a bachelors of Art in Fashion Merchandising from the Illustrious Howard University. While there I was inspired by one of the professors that would ultimately shape me into who I am today, to "learn to sew". From that day in early 2009 I've taken on the likes of countless bespoke orders, constructing clothes for a Max Azria showing, swimsuits for the Washington Reskinettes promo calendar, a showing in the Bronner Brother's Fashion Show, wedding dresses (including my own wife's), and even down to being selected as a semi finalist for Season 17 of Project Runway. At the end of the day I'm here to do new things, express what I view as "fashion", and to help make it all just a little bit more accessible to the men and women of the world
